Conclusions of the OPERAS Conference

OPERAS held its first conference, organized by the National Documentation Centre (EKT/NHRF), from 31 May – 1 June 2018 in Athens. The topic of the conference was “Open Scholarly Communication in Europe. Addressing the Coordination Challenge”.
