Webinar presents the Peer Review Information Service for Monographs

The recently introduced service PRISM (Peer Review Information Service for Monographs) is the focus of a webinar taking place on March 6, led by Laura Wilkinson (OAPEN) and Pierre Mounier (OPERAS). The session is organised by OPERAS and DOAB and will be held via Zoom. Registrations can be made at this link

During the one-hour session, participants will be able to get an overview about the service and learn how to use it as a publisher. The presentation will be followed by a discussion time on the service and on peer review in general.

PRISM is a standardised way for academic publishers to display information about their peer review processes across their entire catalogue. The service aims to provide transparency about the peer review processes, helping to build trust in open access academic book publishing.

At the publisher level, all their peer review processes are made visible – as they may have more than one process in use across all their series and titles. At the level of an individual publication, the peer review process applied to that work is displayed.
